I was worried my muffler fell off and it was several years old. I’m on a fixed income making ends meet is challenging they treated me kindly from the moment I walked in even the guys working on cars ahead of me smiled passing by. I was thinking the fees would be high to repair. I was so thankful when he told me the price I literally cried. I been doing business with them for 20 years with any car I drove and every time I’ve been pleased and highly satisfied. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was a bit skeptical and slightly neurotic going into this situation, due to most of the posts, as what to expect. Yes there was a line when I got there at 8:50am....but they have their techniques down. They take you name, you're vehicle and your key fob; they work very quick and efficiently and their prices are unbelievable. I was quoted over a $1,000. To do the same job, at the place I do regular car maintenance with...that place also recommended me checking out Affordable Muffler... thankfully I listened...yes the waiting room is small with limited seating but the guy running the show was beyond polite and professional! Definitely would highly recommend this place. Worth the trip and the savings were substantial.

Took in my '13 Elantra, one of the bolts broke off on the joint in the Exhaust piping. Owner John was nice and professional, he even called to make sure I'm ok with what they are planning on doing and the price before they proceed with the repair. 10 min. (no joke) later, John called me back to tell me is done and ready for pickup. For the Elantra, it was to cut out the joint and weld in a pipe section, on the phone John have inform me that they wanted to do it this way so the repair will last longer. While on the surface you might think "ok, and?" but your repair shop typically don't care enough to consider how long the repair last you as long as it last past a month or two. Which brings us to the 2nd point, John inform me at the check out that their work is guaranteed for 1 year, which also impressed me as I have never heard of a repair shop came out and have a well stated warranty period let alone an entire year, all for the low price of $110 & change. I am a handy enough guy, I try to do that myself, it would have cost about 1/2 of that on the material alone and unfortunately I don't have the proper equipment to do the repair safely. I roll all the windows down as I start
